The Details —

Anxiety can show up in a variety of ways in our lives. Some of those ways can be minor and easily coped with or ignored. Other times, anxiety can become a bigger part of our world and start to impact us in negative ways. We might find we aren’t going out into the world as much to do things we value. We might have a harder time focusing because we are distracted by worries. We might notice a sense of dread each time the phone rings even though we aren’t expecting bad news.

However anxiety is appearing in your life, there are strategies that can help you to manage it more effectively. Anxiety Bootcamp is a crash course in some of those strategies and a place to make a plan to do something new.
