My Approach
During our work together, you'll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely. This is your time to be heard and to reflect on what's most important to you. I will offer insights, ask questions that encourage deeper reflection, and sometimes challenge you to think in new ways, but always with the goal of helping you gain clarity, uncover your strengths, and move forward in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
Together, we will work on building a trusting and open relationship, where you feel safe to explore and grow. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering the support and tools you need to move through life's challenges and embrace the possibility of growth and healing.
Counselling Theories / Modalities:

A little bit about Jenna:
When I’m not wearing my counsellor hat, I’m usually spending time with loved ones, working on my next knitting project, or working on my next contemporary dance work!
